This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and PageVora (“Company”, “we”, “us”) regarding the use of digital products including Gutenberg templates, WordPress layouts, UI kits, and related digital assets (“Products”).
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, PageVora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased Product for your personal or commercial websites owned by you or your business.
You may use the Product on:
- One or multiple websites owned by you or your company
- Client projects (if you are a freelancer or agency)
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Products in any form
- Upload Products to marketplaces, template libraries, or repositories
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original design
- Use Products to create competing template products or SaaS platforms
- Extract, reverse engineer, or repurpose parts of the product for resale
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain with PageVora. Purchase does not transfer ownership rights.
4. Updates & Maintenance
Updates may be provided from time to time, but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.
5. Support
Basic support is provided for installation and usage guidance only. Custom development is not included unless stated.
6. Termination
Any violation of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
